DALLAS, TX - The Dallas Police department is seeking assistance in identifying the Burglary of Motor Vehicle/Credit Card Abuse suspect seen in these images taken from surveillance video. On April 5, 2022, the Complainant’s bankcard was stolen from his vehicle and used at the Family Dollar and Dollar General in the 4500 block of Gus Thomason in Mesquite.

Failure to Render Aid
May 10, 2022

DALLAS, TX - On December 12, 2021, between the hours of midnight and 6:40am, an unidentified suspect driving an unknown vehicle was traveling southbound in the 7400 block of Ferguson Road. The victim, Frank Anthony Ryan, a 33-year-old white male, was likely in the southbound left lane of Ferguson Road pushing a shopping cart.  The unknown vehicle struck victim and fled the scene failing to render aid or call 911. The collision caused the victim serious bodily injury, which resulted in his death several days later. The victim was found in the roadway by a passerby who believed it was just a pile of clothing left in the street.

Homicide on S. Ervay Street
May 06, 2022

Dallas, TX - On May 5, 2022, at approximately 10:10pm, Dallas Police responded to a request by fire at 500 S. Ervay Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Du’Vonte Lampkin, a 25-year-old male, lying on his back with a single gunshot wound. Dallas Fire and Rescue responded and the victim died at the scene.

 

A preliminary investigation determined when the victim was not answering phone calls, a witness went to check on the victim and found him injured and called for help.

 

The investigation determined the victim was staying at the location, rented, while waiting to move into a new apartment.

Brindle Pit Bull Abandoned on El Estado Drive
April 19, 2022

Dallas, TX - On April 5, 2022, at approximately 7pm, a citizen observed an unidentified male and female, driving a dark, possibly black sedan, abandon a brown brindle Pit Bull type puppy in a crate in the 15500 block of El Estado Drive. The puppy was taken into protective custody and is receiving all necessary care.

Help Identify This Latino Trailer Thief
April 18, 2022

Dallas, TX - On April 10, 2022 at approximately 9:30am, the unknown Latino male suspect, pictured below, arrived at offense location on Carr Street and cut the lock on the gate to enter the property. 

 

Suspect realizes that he does not have a hitch on his vehicle, so he leaves the location and returns approximately 30 minutes later. Suspect attaches the Complainants property, a blue T14-10 trailer ($16,000), to the rear of his vehicle and leaves the location with Complainants property without consent.

Who Stole a Wallet at the VA?

DALLAS, TX – The Department of Veterans Affairs Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the burglary suspect seen in the sill images below.  

 

On March 3, 2022 at approximately 2:00pm, the suspect entered a doctor’s office not open to the public. While inside, the suspect took a wallet that contained 2 credit cards, later used at several businesses in the local area.

We’re Looking for Jerrecca Stevenson

Dallas, TX - On Friday, April 8, 2022, Dallas County Sheriff’s office had a fugitive escape from their custody at DFW airport.  Jerrecca Louise Stevenson is described as a 24-year-old, black female with brown hair, hazel eyes, 5’9”, 220 pounds, last seen wearing a red hoodie, black tank top, grey sweatpants, and restraints walking near a hotel in Euless.  Jerrecca Stevenson was wanted on Possession of Controlled Substance and Insufficient Bond / Possession of Controlled Substance felony warrants. In addition, Jerrecca Stevenson is now wanted for Escape from Custody.

Who’s This Guy Stealing Someone’s Stuff?
March 09, 2022

Dallas, TX - On January 17, 2022 between 3:38-3:50pm, the unknown Black male suspect, pictured below, walked into the Family Dollar located at S. Buckner Boulevard. Suspect was captured on video entering a storage area closed to the public, and opening a storage bin. Suspect leaves that area and then goes into the office area located at the front of the building, which is also closed to the public. The suspect goes into the complainant’s purse and takes her personal property along with $84 cash, without consent. Suspect leaves the office and goes to the front register and appears to pay for an item before exiting the store.
