Up to $10,000 Reward Posted for Unsolved 2017 Murder of Young Dallas Mother

DALLAS, TX - The cash reward for a tip leading to the arrest and indictment of a suspect in the murder of Roseli Paz-Perez has been increased up to $10,000, according to the North Texas Crime Stoppers.

 

On September 12, 2017, at approximately 2:59pm, officers responded to a Robbery call at 9310 Sedgemoor Avenue. Upon arrival, officers observed the victim, Roseli Paz- Perez, Latino female, age 34, deceased from homicidal violence.

Attempted Burglary Suspects Wanted
June 21, 2018

PLANO, TX - On March 17, 2018, suspects forced entry into a business and attempted to break into a cash drawer. The suspects were unable to access the drawer and then left the location.

 

It is believed these suspects are part of a group that has been targeting loan service businesses across the nation. Suspects in this incident are described as black males dressed in dark clothing wearing gloves and covering up their faces with masks or other clothing items.

Fatality Hit and Run Crash
June 21, 2018

PLANO, TX - On February 7, 2018 at approximately 4:40pm, Plano Police Officers responded to a report of a male subject laying in the roadway in the 6800 block of U.S. Highway 75, just south of Legacy Drive. Upon officers arrival, they located a subject who appeared to have been hit by a vehicle.  It is believed the victim may have been a pedestrian walking along the shoulder of the highway.

 

The victim was transported by Plano Fire Rescue to a local area hospital where he later died from his injuries. The victim was identified as John Curtis Shelby, a 36-year old white male.  He was wearing brown pants, blue striped button-down shirt and had a shaved head and a full beard.

 

Plano Police Traffic Investigators are seeking assistance from the public for anyone who may have witnessed this victim being struck by a vehicle and are asking them to contact Crime Stoppers.

Plano Suspects Wanted
June 21, 2018

PLANO, TX - On February 15, 2018, a victim reported his wallet stolen from a restaurant in Plano. The pictured suspect attempted to use the victim’s credit card at a local department store to purchase over $1,000 worth of pre-paid gift cards. After further investigation, another male was seen with the original suspect at the restaurant. 

 

Suspect #1: Black male, 55-65 years old and was wearing a Jaxon style hat and light colored suit with a blue shirt.

 

Suspect #2: Black male, 55-65 years old and was wearing glasses, a dark baseball cap, plaid shirt, dark jacket and dark pants.

Plano Homicide Suspect Wanted
June 21, 2018

PLANO, TX - On February 14, 2018 at approximately 12:55am, Plano Police Officers responded to a report of gunshots in the 4200 block of McAlice Drive. Upon Officers’ arrival, a subject was located in front of a residence with multiple gunshot wounds. That subject was pronounced deceased.  

 

Further investigation determined that the victim was a small business owner in Dallas and had been the target of a Robbery. The deceased has been identified as Ahmed Omar, a 56-year old Plano resident.

Plano Burglary Suspect Wanted
June 20, 2018

PLANO, TX - Plano Police Detectives are seeking assistance from the public in identifying a residential burglary suspect. On June 1, 2018 around noon, the suspect made forced entry from the rear of the residence and ransacked several rooms, taking jewelry, cash and other personal items. This suspect is also being considered for additional burglaries.

 

The suspect is believed to be a Hispanic male, 510” tall, approximately 200 pounds and was wearing a long sleeve blue button down shirt, white t-shirt underneath, khaki pants and a dark colored baseball cap.

Plano Suspect Wanted
June 20, 2018

PLANO, TX - The suspect pictured below gained access to the victim’s personal information and opened several credit cards. The suspect then retrieved the credit cards from the victim’s mailbox and made fraudulent purchases using the credit card. The victim’s personal information was also used to open a TD Ameritrade account.

 

The suspect is a black male and believed to be driving a white sport utility vehicle.

Plano Aggravated Assault

PLANO, TX - The Plano Police Department is seeking assistance from the public regarding an Aggravated Assault investigation.  On January 12, 2018, officers responded to the 3400 block of Tarkio Road where it was determined a victim had been a victim of an aggravated assault.  It was reported that two black males wearing masks entered into the residence at this location and assaulted the victim.   The suspects then fled the location prior to police arrival.

New Year’s Eve Murder Update
June 07, 2018

KILGORE, TX - Gregg County Crime Stoppers Reward Increased to $2,000.00!

 

On Sunday, December 31, 2017, Kilgore Police responded to a shooting at the Meadow Green Apartment Complex and found 50-year-old Tracy Lynn Reedy deceased from multiple gunshot wounds. The suspect, Dwight Patrick Scott, fled the scene before police arrived.

 

The investigation revealed Scott fled from Kilgore immediately after the murder of Reedy. Early on citizen tips and other evidence proved Scott fled to the Chicago Metropolitan area, including but not limited to the cities of Gary, Hammond, and Portage Indiana. It is also known that Scott has family in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metropolitan area.

Formosa Express Burglary Suspect’s Identity Sought

Boost Mobile Store Theft Suspect’s Identity Sought
May 10, 2018

DALLAS, TX - The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the theft suspect seen in the images below taken from the victim’s surveillance video. On April 11, 2018 at approximately 1:20pm, the suspect entered the Boost Mobile Store located in the 7000 block of Military Parkway and asked to see two Apple iPhones valued at $1,249.98. After the phones were placed on the register counter by an employee, the suspect grabbed the phones and fled the store on foot.

Up to $30,000 Reward Posted for Unsolved Plano Murder

PLANO, TX - The cash reward for a tip leading to the arrest and indictment of a suspect in the murder of Christopher Collinvitti has been increased up to $30,000, according to the North Texas Crime Stoppers. Mr. Collinvitti, was shot and killed on November 7, 2017 in the garage of his home, located on Case Drive in Plano.

Oportun Loans Burglary Suspects’ Identities Sought
April 13, 2018

DALLAS, TX - The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the burglary suspects seen in these images taken from surveillance video. On January 14, 2018 at approximately 5:00am, the suspects forced entry to Oportun Loans located at 2959 S. Buckner Boulevard, and attempted to break into the safe.

Approximately ten minutes later the same suspects broke into a second Oportun Loans located at 10325 Lake June Road, and attempted a second safe burglary. The suspect vehicle used in these offenses is a white four door sedan (possibly a white Chrysler 300).

Burglary of Habitation Ravendale Lane
February 21, 2018

DALLAS, TX - The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the residential burglary suspect seen in the images below taken from surveillance video.  On February 12, 2018 around 9:30am in the 5800 block of Ravendale Lane, the pictured suspect rang the complainant’s doorbell and then broke into the rear of the house.  Suspect entered and took property and was seen fleeing on foot.

Pollo Regio Burglary Suspects’ Identities Sought

Union Pacific Railroad Theft
December 01, 2017

MESQUITE, TX - The Union Pacific Railroad Police Department is conducting an ongoing investigation related to the thefts of GT Radial 11R/22.5 tires from new 2016 UPHZ chassis while drayaged out from the Mesquite Intermodal Ramp.

 

According to Texas Code Annotated 31.03, a person commits Theft of Property if he or she knowingly:

  • Appropriating property with intent to deprive the owner of the property and without the owner’s effective consent;
  • State Jail Felony if; value of stolen property is at least $2500 but less than $30,000 shall be punishable by confinement in a state jail for any term of not more than two years or less than 180 days.
