Assistance Needed Identifying Suspects Burglarizing Pharmacies
October 13, 2021

DALLAS, TX - The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two burglary suspects seen in these still images taken from the victims’ surveillance videos. Between September 8 and October 2, 2021 the suspects have burglarized six pharmacies in the Pleasant Grove area of Southeast Dallas. The suspects are targeting controlled substance medications. Both suspects appear to be white or Latin males who wear headlamps while burglarizing the pharmacies. One of the suspects has tattoos on both of his wrists. The suspects used the pictured vehicle in one of the burglaries, possibly a GMC Yukon or Chevy Tahoe.

Coppell Credit Card Theft and Abuse
October 07, 2021

COPPELL, TX - The Coppell Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the three suspects pictured below in a series of theft/credit card abuse offenses where elderly victims are targeted while shopping.  These images were taken at a Coppell grocery store on October 2, 2021.  The victims were distracted by one of the suspects and one of the other suspects took their wallet from inside the victim’s purse sitting in the shopping cart.  The suspects then go to close by stores and pharmacies and purchase gift cards and other items with the stolen credit cards.

On September 12, 2021 at approximately 7:30am, the suspect forced entry into a Donut shop located in the 9100 block of Bruton Road. The suspect took $50.00 from the register till.

Who Burglarized This Donut Shop?

On August 25, 2021, at approximately 2:12am, the suspect forced entry into a Donut shop located in the 9100 block of Bruton Road. The suspect took $280.00 from the register tills and a tip jar.

Up to $47,500 Reward for LBJ Freeway Homicide Suspect
March 15, 2021

DALLAS, TX - On Thursday, February 11, 2021, at approximately 1:04 pm, officers responded to a shooting call located at Westbound LBJ Freeway, before the  S. Polk exit ramp. The victim, Christopher Michael Murzin, a 53-year old White male, was found inside of his vehicle with a gunshot wound. Dallas Fire and Rescue responded and transported the victim to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased. 

 

According to the witnesses, a small silver SUV may have been involved in the shooting. The investigation is ongoing, and the motive is unknown at this time.

DALLAS, TX - On September 1, 2020, at approximately 1:40am, Dallas Police and Dallas Fire responded to a car fire at E. Overton Road at Julius Schepps Freeway. The victim, Ezra Clark, Jr., a 44-year-old black male, was found outside of the vehicle and was pronounced deceased at the scene from homicidal violence.

Up to $30,000 Reward for Identity of Jose Montes' Murder Suspect
December 08, 2020

DALLAS, TX - On September 14, 2020 at approximately 8:50am, Dallas officers responded to a shooting call in the 1500 block of Cockrell Hill Road. When officers arrived, they located a male security officer lying on the ground suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

 

Witnesses stated that the security guard, who has been identified as Jose Montes, a 28 year-old Latin male, was servicing an ATM at a local Credit Union.  The suspect, a male wearing a black jacket with the word “police” written on the back, approached complainant carrying a rifle and demanded property. The suspect then shot Mr. Montes. The suspect was then seen taking property from the armored vehicle and fled the scene in a white Volkswagen Sedat.  The victim was transported to a local hospital and pronounced deceased.
